Hi there! My name is ALEXANDER ("Stuey") and I'm an Equity actor based in Chicago, who works mainly in regional theatre but also enjoys doing independent films with fellow collaborators. I'm also an experienced stage-combatant and fight choreographer, with credits in both film and theatre.

 

My professional career began with the widely-beloved play The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, which I did with Actors Theatre of Louisville in 2018 and then in Sarasota, FL with Florida Studio Theatre just months later. This made me the second autistic actor to play the role in the U.S., after Mickey Rowe's revolutionary debut just a couple years before.

I'm an advocate for disability rights and representation in the arts, as well as a writer, graphic designer, make-up designer, recruiter, and barista. I want most to partake in projects that challenge normative perspectives, promote current and important conversations, and bring both artists and communities together. And, of course, meet as many of Show Business' most wonderful people as possible.
